With academic credentials in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, and Education from universities in Australia, Germany, and the United States (Boston), Dr. Uwe Schwiersch brings a truly global perspective to healthcare.

His strength lies in his ability to thoroughly assess patients and uncover the root cause of their condition. Known for his analytical mind and hands-on expertise, Uwe is one of only a few Active Release Techniques® (ART®) certified physiotherapist in Australia, delivering outstanding and lasting results for his patients.

An expert in focused Shockwave Therapy, Uwe is a member of the International Society for Medical Shockwave Therapy (ISMST), with over 15 years of experience treating a wide range of injuries and conditions using this innovative method.

Highly intuitive and always comprehensive in his care, Uwe is widely regarded as an exceptional therapist whose treatments are both precise and profoundly effective.

Uwe has held leadership roles in both national and international settings. His expertise is in demand across Europe — including Germany, Switzerland, Iceland — as well as in Dubai (UAE) and North America. He has also worked with elite athletes across disciplines such as triathlon, soccer, athletics, rugby, dance, ice hockey, and kayaking.

For many years, he has proudly served the Australian Defence Force as a contracted healthcare provider at RAAF Base Tindal in the Northern Territory, contributing his skill and dedication to those who serve.
